Pleysier Perkins is an architecture and interior design practice established by Ramon Pleysier and Simon Perkins in 2002. Berit Barton, who joined the studio in 2006, has since become director and ensures the studio’s high standard of design philosophy and attention to detail is reflected in each individual project. The team is a multi-disciplinary mix of young, dynamic and multicultural individuals who work collaboratively to deliver holistic and integrated design solutions for our clients.With the focus on residential architecture our diverse portfolio represents a selection of the wide range of new houses and renovations we have built and that are currently ‘on the drawing board’.Every project is a unique response to our client’s brief, budget and site. But our design approach is always underpinned by a desire for simplicity and elegance, achieved through a process of rigorous consideration from concept sketch to detail resolution.We offer a flexible service, tailored to suit our clients’ requirements. However, all of our projects start with a concept feasibility stage prior to completing the concept design, which includes floor plans, 3D computer modelling and cost analysis. The manifestation of a concept design into a successful building is the result of a productive and rewarding collaboration with our clients, numerous consultants and a skilled builder.Pleysier Perkins are also the exclusive architects for InForm and Prebuilt residential projects. Inform is a Melbourne based design and construction company, while Prebuilt specialises in prefabricated buildings, factory built in Melbourne and transportable to anywhere in Australia.
